Full modernization of an aging packaging line using Allen‑Bradley CompactLogix hardware. Rewrote ladder logic, added diagnostics tags, and improved fault handling for faster troubleshooting.

Developed diagnostic routines for hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in cooperage operations. Implemented sensor monitoring and real‑time fault reporting to reduce downtime.
